"Fear Creek" is a short horror game where you play as a 15 year old boy, Nathan Bowe, who is home alone after his parents have left for a business trip. Your uncle has just come back from his work, but something seems to be off about him. There are a sudden change of events, in which you have to make the right choices in order to survive the night.

Only thing that bothered me was that I couldn't actually shoot the dude whenever he came into the room or at all really, so don't mind the comments i made about it in the video lmao. Other than that good game! (Timestamp : 5:21 - 14:40)

Idea In The 2nd Episode (Predict In 09/11/2023)
Storyline/Plot : Before Nathan Boew Going To The House. The Kids Name Mike Decided To Have A Brand New Home But This Home Fill With Mysterious Way. And Mike Decided To Leave The House And Go Make A New Life In South Of Wyoming. Before Going To South Wyoming This Little Kids Must Warn The Kids, Teen Or Adult Not Go Through To The House And It's Been 3 Years Ago And Now, Nathan Boew Is Going Through The House Now "Where's A Mike And How Old Is A Mike?" Well...It's Unknownly And We Know That The Mike 3 Years Before Is 6. And 3 Years After It's 9 Years Old. And Decided To Go On The States Where Nathan Boew. Lived And Was A Mess So, Mike Going To Where's The Rooms Of Nathan Boew And Warn Them But Nathan Boew Don't Actually Understand Of Their Feeling. So After That Incident Nathan Boew Became Scared Of What Outcome. He Does And In The 2nd Chapter We Could Tell That We Are A 9-years-old Mike.

I, personally, had a hell of a time playing.
As normal, walked into it blind as always, so brute forced my way through the pain.
From getting stuck to the couch vortex multiple times
The motion blurring killing my brain and nausea nerves, which the blur got to me the most and no option to remove so once it took effect on me I had those feelings of a killer headache and nausea the rest of the play through and long after.
Having to redo it over and over again with other issues because I didn't realize my character is willing to blind shoot a person behind the door but not when being rushed and panick fire...
And... only for my "Uncle" to give me the silent treatment from hell when I would forget to close the game completely when I was murdered....
So, those combo of things killed my experience.
NOW! WITH THAT OUT OF THE WAY!

I may have had a terrible experience but this is a pretty good game in my opinion.
It feels in the same vein as "Fears To Fathom" series, particularly the first one that was pretty short.
So, if you like those games, you might like this one!
Fear Creek looks good and well put together environmentally.
While I'm confused about why my parents left me with an uncle I never seen before, it does open the mind of thinking if this is a doppelgänger situation? Body snatcher? Analog Horror clone stuffs? Or the kid is just dumb and lets anyone in who waves and says their their...their? their... uncle? haha
The situation was scary to think about, home invasion horror always strikes a special nerve, definitely when you think its someone you trust or looks like your uncle but just wearing there skin suit?
So, it did have some creepy vibes once things got started.
Bedroom scene, intense and see where that would make a heart beat faster!
Sneaking through to escape was nerve wracking also!
In the beginning, I did have fun! I was invested, ready for creeps and chills and I was able to get those to return when I made progress.
Did have to step away for 24hrs and return but I was invested enough to find out what happened and I knew I could beat it!
So, Fear Creek, despite my experience, is good for others and I would be willing to try chapter two!
Since playing, I have watched others and they all seemed to have a good time!

I thought this game was fun! However, I did get stuck on the couch and have to restart.
Spooky atmosphere! Short game, but I enjoyed it! The Uncle looked suspiciously like Zack Snyder and I couldn't get it out of my head haha

I thought this was pretty well made! The game itself was pretty straightforward and spooky and was fun to play! Creepy man comes in and does creepy stuff (Also he really was so creepy).
But I felt like there was not enough direction at the start of the game; didn't really tell the player where to go or what the drunkenness of the screen indicated. Also the TV sequence didn't really allude enough to the uncle causing the disappearances? It just seemed like a broad and random plug that was just happening in the game world (Though the uncle was pretty creepy himself)Also the gun part where the player shoots the uncle seems a little off story as once you shoot him, he disappears? And then starts running around the house? Plus waiting for him to barge at you and shoot him doesn't work either (Maybe a fun way to sneak in a third secret ending!)
The uncle running around in the dark was fun though! Was super creepy, the way he ran around and running away through the garage was pretty fun and well done! Again though, not well indicated by the game.
You did a pretty good job on the game though! Captured the Fears To Fathom vibe well and it was fun to play and pretty scary!

Similar to Fears to Fathom, but still a decent little game. More endings and actually being able to use the gun would be nice. Also needs a good reason why we don't know he's not our Uncle. Maybe a picture of him somewhere, so we, the player know it's him at the door.

I really didn't expect there to be an ending where we could escape. Jump scares got me really good and the game felt great. Hopefully we see more of this soon!
I made a video on your game if you're interested :)The game is too laggy to play for me. I changed the graphics in the settings but nothing seemed to change. Also, sensitivity was way too high and I wish there was a way to change it. The game crashed after i opened the dood and I couldn't play. I'm not although going to judge the game because i wasn't able to play it to its fullest. Please make it more optimized and I would be so willing to try it out again!

The ending when the lights turned off and he was downstairs scared me so much omggg but this game was really good for a short horror game
This was a fun little experience! I was not expecting the quickness of him. Fun game and will play the next parts!
When he's downstairs... you know that roach your trying to kill but it keeps moving around... thats how he looks lol
